Helpful information for new homeowners in Topaz:
Obtaining your Mailbox key: New owners need to go to the Post Office at 6537 N 55th Ave Glendale Arizona 85301 Phone Number: 623-842-8071. You will need to present valid ID and proof of ownership or rental agreement. The keys will need to be ordered, this can take a 1-2 weeks.
Gate Code / Remote: Each homeowner should contact our management company representative Kim Wilder at kim@osselaer.com. She will send you the form you will need to fill in and return to set up your personal gate code. Gate remotes are also available for $35 a remote and Kim can order those for you.
Passenger Gate: the pedestrian gate has a 4 digit code in order to access it from either side. Please contact Kim or anyone on the board to get the code.
Monthly Topaz HOA payments - your monthly HOA dues can be deduced automatically from your checking account! Contact Kim Wilder at kim@osselaer.com for more information
